This Privacy Policy explains how SiteClaw LLC and its product DGFV (Disc Golf Flight Visualizer) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit and use our website at dgfv.io, subscribe to our Embed License service for disc golf retailers, or use DGFV embeds installed on third-party retailer websites.

This Policy applies to all visitors and users regardless of how they access DGFV, including through mobile browsers, desktop applications, and embedded implementations on partner retail sites.

2.1 Free Public Tool Users (dgfv.io)

Automatically Collected: IP address (via Google Analytics), device information (browser type, version, OS, device type, screen resolution), usage data (pages visited, time spent, interaction patterns), disc selection data, and flight visualization data.

Voluntarily Provided: Contact form submissions (name, email, subject, message) and feedback/feature requests.

No account creation is required. You can use DGFV fully without providing personal information. Users may opt out of Google Analytics through browser settings.

2.2 Embed License Clients (B2B / Retailers)

We collect business contact information, account credentials, billing and payment information (processed by Stripe), domain and embed configuration data, usage and performance analytics, and support communications.

2.3 Embed End-Users (Visitors to Retailer Sites)

The embedded DGFV tool collects the same minimal data as free public tool users. No personal information is collected from embed end-users. We do not share end-user analytics data with retailers.

We use collected information to operate and improve the tool, for analytical purposes, product development, security, and to comply with legal obligations. For embed license clients, we also use information for service delivery, billing, account management, and communication.
